Identifying Pieces
- Black tags on each piece indicate the total piece count for that balloon.
- The metal frame has welded letters (A, B, C) and numbers (1, 2, 3) to guide assembly order.
Assembly Steps
- Sort sections: Lay out all sections and match the welded letter/number markings on the metal frame.
- Connect sections one by one: Attach each section to the frame using the provided screws, following the letter/number sequence (A1, A2, A3... B1, B2, B3... etc.).
- Secure all fasteners: Tighten all screws and verify each section is firmly attached before proceeding.
- Wire to PSUs: Once the balloon is fully assembled, connect the wiring harness to the appropriate number of XLG-320W power supplies.
Important: Always verify the piece count against the black tag before beginning assembly. Missing sections will compromise structural integrity and lighting coverage.
